For families on a tight budget the park has variety of games and things to do for all ages day and evenings. The beach is only a short walk. The station and buses run a very good timetable. You don't have to spend a fortune to have a fantastic holiday.

This was our first experience of Welcome holiday park in Dawlish Warren. I went with my husband and my two children aged 4 and 2. The entertainment group during the evening was fantastic, we enjoyed so much and would definitely go back again. Beach just a short walk and we had great weather.

We would recommend this holiday to others as the park itself is excellent. The entertainment is far superior to any other holiday park including the BIG 3 i.e. Haven, Butlins and Park Resorts. The location is superb for families, couples and disabled visitors.

We would recommend this holiday park because this time we had a 4 year old and a 2 month old baby who together with us had an enjoyable week with the help with the staff and the entertainment staff which was always of a high standard .

A fantastic break away for our family with excellent accommodation. We stayed in a very large 3 bedroom bungalow and it was very comfortable. The customer service on our telephone enquiry and booking was also excellent, unlike other similar companies I have come across - many thanks!

Well situated, a great pool area and close to the beach. The park is clean with good ammenities and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to the area and Welcome park itself.

The entertainment provided by Welcome Family was fantastic, and the team of blue coats were so professional and friendly throughout the week. The accommodation (Starcross) was very spacious and clean, and the entire park was very well maintained. The location is excellent for transport, shops, access to the beach etc. I could not recommend this holiday enough!!

I would recommend this holiday, it is suitable for all ages. This was our 5 year at the welcome and it is always a great week .the shows are fantastic and the entertainment team are the best ever. Park facilities are great and good clean accommodation. Can’t wait for next year!!!!!

Welcome Holiday Park, Dawlish Warren. Devon. England. Brilliant site for families,great activities for children,i.e clubs,groups. Fantastic entertainment for all! Close to beach and other points of interest. Accommodation very good,very relaxing and comfortable. Full marks for everything ! ! Have and will go back again!

I would recommend this park because:- The near location to the railway station at Dawlish Warren. The low cost of family trave on this line, typically a return for four adults and one child to Torquay was only £20.00 all in. That is miles cheaper than driving and parking to the same destination. We went to Plymouth for only £13.75 return.

I would strongly recommend Welcome Family, Dawlish Warren for families any day! All round good holiday with plenty of things for the children to do envolving the yellow coats, and not too far from places and attractions.
